The discount bracket you select will be the minimum charge.
For example, booking for 25-34 people means you’ll be billed for at least 25 people, even if fewer attend.
All other Archery and Archery Tag requirements apply.
Bookings for the group discounts will need to be made 7 days in advance.
Important Info for Schools
What's your minimum age?
Your archers need to be at least 6 years old and 120cm tall - small enough to be keen, but tall enough to reach the mark! If they’re close but not quite there yet, it’s best to hold off a little longer. Trust us, it’s more fun when the bow isn’t bigger than they are!
Will there be staff to help us?
Archery: Our team will make sure everyone’s got the right gear and teach you how to use it, but the course itself is self-guided. You’ll need one adult supervisor for each group of archers. If you need extra hands, we can provide staff at $27.50 per hour per person to help oversee the group.
Mini Golf: While we don’t have staff monitoring the mini golf course, it’s mostly visible from the front kiosk. We recommend having one or two sharp-eyed adults to keep an eye on the group.
How many people can we have in each group?
Smaller groups move faster through the course, with 4 archers being the sweet spot, though we can go up to 6. If the supervising adult wants to get in on the action, they’ll count as part of the 6.
The supervising adult will need to pay close attention during the training, as they might need to lend a hand to the kids while out on the range.
Do you have credit card facilities?
Yes, we do! Payment on the day via EFTPOS is preferred, but if it’s easier, we can send an invoice for pre-payment. We totally get that things can change last minute - life with kids, right? We’re happy to adjust your booking as needed, even on the day.
Just keep in mind that if there are big changes in numbers, it could affect any discount brackets. And if you request an invoice, the amount will be locked in, and we won’t be able to adjust it after it’s issued.
Protection
Closed-in shoes are a must. Try to ditch long scarves, bulky tops, or anything with open zippers - these can all get caught on the bowstring. Long sleeves and pants are a good idea to keep the mozzies at bay, but don’t worry, we’ve got repellent on hand.
