Deposits, numbers and changes

How much do I pay when I book?
A 25% deposit secures your session when you book, and it’s non-refundable. The rest is payable on arrival.
What if more, or fewer, of us turn up?
Bookings are charged on the number of participants you select at checkout. We’re happy to fit extra people in on the day, subject to availability, but we can’t refund anyone who doesn’t come.
Can I move my booking?
Yes, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit moves to the new date, which needs to be within 30 days of the original booking. Changes or cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit, and a no-show without notice forfeits everything paid.
How do group bookings work?
Group bookings and discounted group rates must be made at least 7 days in advance and paid in full when you book. That gives us time to prepare equipment, reserve the space and have staff ready for your group. See group packages.
What if the weather turns?
Archery is an outdoor activity and we run in most weather. If we cancel a session for unsafe weather, fire restrictions or anything else unforeseen, you’ll be offered a full refund or a new date. If it’s safe and the session goes ahead, we can’t refund anyone who decides not to shoot.
Does everyone need a waiver?
Yes. Every participant needs a signed waiver before they shoot, and it lasts 12 months. Sign it now (it opens in a new tab, so you won’t lose your booking).
