Dogs are welcome on lead, on their best behaviour, and ideally not a better archer than you.
Waiver required
Everyone who shoots signs a quick digital waiver first. It lasts 12 months, so next time just give staff your name. Sign the waiver

Up to five of you? Walk in any time we’re open. Six or more, book enough spaces to cover your crew. Twelve or more, grab a group package.

Every course starts with a safety briefing and practice on the range, then you’re off at your own pace. Shoot 3 or 6 arrows at each target. Prices are per person, gear included.

The Hunting Grounds
Your own lane for groups who want to shoot side by side and play dartchery or tic-tac-toe, or archers after more time behind the bow. Shoot from 10 to 60 metres at 3D animals and standard targets, with staff nearby. Ages 12+.

Nine holes with a challenge spinner on every one. Play before, after or alongside your archery. No windmills. No pressure. Just backyard fun.

Your first visit
Never held a bow? Most of our visitors hadn’t either.
There’s no pressure to be good at archery. Enjoy yourself, learn something new, and maybe surprise yourself with a few great shots.

Arrive and check in
We check your waiver, fit everyone with the right gear and answer any questions.
Step 2
Safety briefing
How to handle the equipment, the range rules, and the basics of shooting.
Step 3
Practice range
Usually 10 to 20 minutes, and we don’t rush it. Once you’re hitting the target safely, you’re ready.
Step 4
Pick your marker
- Blue, closest. Ideal for ages 6 to 8.
- Red, halfway. A little more challenge.
- Yellow, from about 10 metres. Our standard.
Step 5
Shoot at your own pace
No timer on the course. Catch up to another group? Skip a target and come back, or ask to shoot through.
Enjoying yourself? Upgrade to a longer course any time by paying the difference.

The Blake family opened the park. Luke and Cassie took it on in 2018 and relaunched it as Primal in 2020.
