A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is payable on arrival.
Bookings are charged based on the number of participants selected at checkout. We’re happy to accommodate additional participants on the day (subject to availability); however, refunds cannot be provided for non-attending participants.
Group bookings and discounted rates must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the applicable group pricing.
