One flat fee for the whole group
Held on The Plains, an open, beginner-friendly course that suits coaching, friendly competition and big groups. Book at least 7 days ahead so we can roster staff.

Every package is booked at least 7 days ahead. From 31 people, the group splits between archery and mini golf, then swaps over, so everyone gets a full turn on the course. More than 54 of you? Email [email protected] and we’ll plan it together.

Planning an excursion or a big group?
School excursions, scout groups, sporting clubs, tour groups and team days all start with beginner coaching, all the equipment and a safety briefing. For big groups we’ll work out the best schedule with you.
Supervision
- One supervising adult for every six children shooting.
- Groups rotating to mini golf need one supervising adult there.
- We organise the rotations on the day.
- Book at least 7 days ahead so we can roster staff.

Birthday parties
Planning a birthday?
The Birthday Quest turns a party into a story: an adventure map for the birthday child, the Dragon Slayer Challenge and a treasure chest to finish.
Still a kid at heart?
Adult birthdays too
Plenty of adult groups book the same quest. Or keep it simple: archery, mini golf and a great day out for your 18th, 30th, 50th, or any excuse to get friends together.
How far ahead do we need to book?
At least 7 days for a group package, so we can roster staff. Six to eleven people don’t need a package: book enough spaces online to cover everyone.
How many adults do we need?
One supervising adult for every six children shooting. If your group rotates to mini golf, the mini golf group needs one supervising adult with them. Anyone under 18 is supervised at all times.
What if the weather turns?
Wind and heat warnings can close us, and we post closures on Google and our socials. If we cancel your session for unsafe weather, you get a full refund or a new date.
What should everyone bring?
Closed-toe shoes are recommended, plus clothes for the weather with nothing loose enough to catch a bowstring. We supply the bows, arrows, armguards and safety gear, and the insect repellent is free.
Does everyone need a waiver?
Everyone who shoots. It’s digital, lasts 12 months and takes about a minute, so send the waiver link round before the day.
Can people come along just to watch?
Yes, spectators are free. Anyone who handles the gear has to be booked in as a participant, do the safety briefing and sign the waiver.

Twelve or more, pick a package at least 7 days ahead. Fewer than that, book your spaces or just turn up: Wednesday to Sunday, last entry 4pm.
